Cancellation and Refund Policy

2. Period of cancellation of transaction and contract termination, and execution method, efficacy
In accordance with the 「ACT ON THE CONSUMER PROTECTION IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE, ETC」 (hereinafter 「electronic commerce transaction act」), 'member' may cancel the transaction or the contract (hereinafter 'cancellation and etc.'), within 7 days after being notified of contract agreement or product delivery. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the purchased product is already used then the used portion of the purchased product cannot be cancelled or refunded. The potential reasons are notified on the product purchase page. However, if the advertisement or description of the product misrepresented the actual contents of the product, or the service is performed differently from agreement, 'cancellation and etc.' may be done within three (3) months from the product delivery, or within 30 days from the date when 'member' knew' or should have known such misrepresentation. If 'member' proceeds with 'cancellation and etc.', the product purchased by 'member' will be refunded to 'company' and 'company' must proceed with the refund process in accordance with the 'electronic commerce transaction act'.

3. Details on exchange, return, guarantee, refund, etc. of products
- You can cancel your ticket before the cancellation deadline (withdrawal period). The cancellation deadline for each product is the following in the <Refund Policy by Product>, and you can also find it on the purchase page of each product and the confirmation email.
- If you purchase a ticket and do not use it by the cancellation deadline (withdrawal period), a refund is not possible even if you have not watched the performance.
- There is no separate cancellation fee charged by MetaTheater.live to cancel the purchase of tickets. However, if the purchase cancellation fee charged by the company (e.g., credit card company) is incurred according to the payment method you used, it will be charged to the buyer.
- It may take 1 to 30 business days for each payment method from processing cancellation to refund. For more information, please contact the customer service center (for example, the customer service center of the credit card company you used).

- <Refund Policy by Product> is as follows.
Single Use Ticket : Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the performance, and cancellation is not possible after that.

5-Show Package Ticket : If you have already used a ticket from the package, the rest of the package ticket cannot be partially canceled and refunded. The 5-show package ticket can be used to view a total of 5 performances. However, please note that if you wish to cancel your package ticket for refund, you must make the cancellation 24 hours before the start of the 5th show from the last show on schedule (eg. If the last show is the 100th show, you must make the cancellation 24 hours before the start of the 96th show).

10-Show Package Ticket : If you have already used a ticket from the package, the rest of the package ticket cannot be partially canceled and refunded. The 10-show package ticket can be used to view a total of 10 performances. However, please note that if you wish to cancel your package ticket for refund, you must make the cancellation 24 hours before the start of the 10th show from the last show on schedule (eg. If the last show is the 100th show, you must make the cancellation 24 hours before the start of the 91st show).

VOD viewing ticket : You can start watching the VOD at the same time as you purchase the ticket, therefore you cannot refund it after purchasing. VOD products purchased by "Member" can be viewed during VOD viewing time, and will expire after that.Members are considered to have started using the ticket as soon as they purchased it.You can't cancel or refund your purchase even if you haven't watched VOD.

4. Processing of Consumer Complaints and Damage Compensation
If the Member suffers any damages such as inability to use the Paid Contents properly due to an intentional or negligent act of the Company, the Company shall make the best efforts to resolve the issue and properly compensate for such damages.
